You don’t need to sign up anywhere.  Just set up your stuff at your campsite on Saturday Aug 31st 8 am-12 pm and post balloons for visitors to see. You can get them from Sherry Hayenga (site #302). A flyer will also be given to guests at check-in so they know about it.
