After a good rain (and we’ve had more than our fair share this summer), the water is so crystal clear, you can go to the landing and literally pluck a perfect fossil from where you stand, knee-deep, in the middle of the bed.

When you want a new adventure, you can group up, spread out, paddle around, tube down, or just simply float the river, and enjoy friends and family and nature at your pleasure. It’s different every time.

Day or night, you can walk up stream or journey down, cast your line, and snag a fish: trout, bass, and, yeah, walleye too, from cold springs and crevices. You can snag multiple fish, there’s so many in there.
